Conference Registration

The abstract submission process and the conference registration process is handled on this page. This process takes place according to the following timeline:

February 19, 2016	INTERNATIONAL ABSTRACT DEADLINE Non U.S. students requiring early review should submit an abstract by 7:00pm PT using the Abstract Submission Form. PASSED
February 29, 2016	INTERNATIONAL NOTIFICATION The program committee will email all corresponding authors regarding decisions for international abstracts. PASSED
March 11, 2016	REGULAR ABSTRACT DEADLINE Submit an abstract by 7:00pm PT using the Abstract Submission Form. PASSED
April 4, 2016	REGULAR NOTIFICATION The program committee will email all corresponding authors regarding decisions. PASSED
April 4, 2016	REGISTRATION OPENS Presenters and spectators can register for the Conference starting at 7:00pm PT using the Registration Website. PASSED
April 15, 2016	REGISTRATION DEADLINE All presenters must register for the Conference by 7:00pm PT using the Registration Website. PASSED
April 22, 2016	LATE REGISTRATION DEADLINE FOR SPECTATORS Late registrations for spectators (only) will be accepted for an additional week for an additional fee. Register by 7:00pm PT using the Late Registration Website. PASSED
May 20 & 21, 2015	SHOWTIME! The program will take place at Stanford University. On Friday, May 20th, we will begin with registration (at 3:30pm), a special banquet dinner, and conference programming. The conference will continue on Saturday, May 21st, starting with registration and a light continental breakfast at 7:00am. The program concludes around 5:00pm on on Saturday.

Submission and Registration Summary

All attendees, including both presenters and spectators, must pre-register for the Conference. Presenters must first submit an abstract. If accepted, presenters should register immediately for the Conference.

Spectators do not submit an abstract. However, they must also pre-register for the Conference. They may do so at any point before the registration deadline. Registration forms will be checked at the door and will be required to view any of the student presentations.

Please note that space for the Conference is very limited and that people are registered on a first-come-first-served basis.
